Project

This was a feasability study for a new clubhouse at Salem Ridge apartment community in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.  This new 4000 sf clubhouse includes amenities for the existing apartment community.  Features of the clubhouse include a 850 sf clubroom with fireplace and a full kitchen for community gatherings and special functions.  The leasing space adjacent to the entrance is shared with the clubroom to create an enticing experience for prospective tenants.  A 600 sf fitness center has been incorporated into the design and opens to the exterior to provide free movement for breaks and fresh air.  This excercise space is share with a new swimming pool and patio.  Adjacent to the swimming pool is a bar and grilling area which shares a common area with an outdoor fireplace.  The space in between becomes common area for lounging and outdoor dining.

Several sites amenities were added including a property maintenance shed and a resident car wash station.
