The Ocala Residential Development was a feasibility study to develop a 48 acre area of property in Ocala which is located in central Florida. The proposed development consisted of 282 condominium units distributed amongst (12) two story walk-up buildings. Planned amenities included a community clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace with picnic area and various other site amenities.. 423 parking spots were to be provided for the residents as well as 3 large retention ponds.
