Project

Remodel of the existing clubhouse in the 500-unit Woodbury Place apartment community located in Schaumburg, Illinois.  Scope of work included an exterior facelift,  remodel and reconfiguration of the existing interior and a 550 sq ft addition.  The addition expanded the existing locker rooms and provided a space for a new fitness center and internet cafe.  Optional scope included an outdoor grilling and recreation area adjacent to the existing swimming pool and tennis courts.
