Project

Remodel of the existing clubhouse in the 500 unit Woodbury Place apartment community located in Schaumburg, Illinois.  Scope of work included an exterior face lift,  remodel and reconfiguration of the existing interior and a 550 sq ft addition.  The addition will expand the existing locker rooms and provide a space for a new fitness center and internet cafe.  Optional scope included the inclusion of an outdoor grilling and recreation area adjacent to the existing swimming pool and tennis courts.
