Project

First and second floor addition to an existing home in Tinley Park, Illinois.  Program requirements included an expanded family room, connection to the existing garage, second floor study and exhibit space, relocation of 2 bedrooms to the second floor and an expansion of the existing master bedroom. Key features provided in the new design are a prominent side entry vestibule, second floor laundry room and an enhanced master bath with connected secondary bathroom with shower.
